Portalis Wine Shop + Wine Bar is a venue located in the Old Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, where you can talk with owners, Jens Strecker & Julie Howe, manager, Gina Gregory, or any member of their team to get the low-down on what’s new in the wine world, which wines they’re recommending, upcoming tastings, and more. You can peruse the wines in the wine shop or have a seat in the wine bar and check out the wines (and delicious food) for yourself. As well, Portalis has an online store, where—local or not local—you can have a look at the wines that have earned a spot in their shop’s 400 bottle wine selection as well as an extended selection of wines available just via the web. The Portalis Wine Blog is the perfect venue to provide our customers (current and future) with the information that they are interested in having about wine. We’ll review the wines, report on tastings, write up what’s new in the Seattle marketplace, relay interesting interludes with visiting winemakers, have entries from wine trips around the world, and more … so keep posted.

Marion – You can visit http://www.portaliswines.com to see our entire selection of wines as well as events, wine bar info, etc. If you have any questions, just give a call: 206-783-2007. For delivery in and around Seattle, we use UPS Ground as it’s the cheapest and with very few exceptions arrives the next day.
